Online Contact and Info Requests: If you submit an online request for Option Institute products such as free brochures, or submit a question through a “Contact Us” or “Call-Me” form, we may have to gather additional information from you to respond to your request.   2. Non-Personal Information We Receive Automatically: Like most websites, we utilize cookies.
